Partner Network/Vendors. If you choose to purchase certain Services and have expressed interest in other business service opportunities, APN may sell and share your PII and NonPII to our partner network or vendors, including Knack Media. This information includes your sensitive/personal information; demographic information, behavioral information, web technology information and third-party information as described above. This is necessary to perform Services requested and is used for the following:

APN is a third-party company that assists service providers and other companies in obtaining voice search recognition. We work with different voice platforms such as Alexa, Siri and Google Home, however; APN is not affiliated with Alexa, Siri, or Google Home. Further, APN does not have control over ranking results or individuals who may contact you as a result of voice searches.
Canceling Account or Opting-Out
If you purchased any Services and would like to cancel your account, please contact ProSupport@apncare.com. For additional Services account information please see our Billing Terms.
To opt-out of our email communications you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. We will communicate with you via text as part of our Services, as such you may also receive up to 20 text messages per month. Data and message rates may apply. To opt-out of text communications, you may text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to STOP at any time. A confirmation of successfully unsubscribing to messaging will be sent via text. Editing and Requesting Your Information
You may edit or request revisions to the information you have provided to us by calling us at: 800-291-1577 or email us at: ProSupport@apncare.com. If you disable your account or remove your information from your profile, that information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been shared with others or it was copied or stored by other users. If certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies. We may also be required to retain your information by law or for recordkeeping purposes.
Transfer Of Data
Your PII and NonPII may be transferred and maintained on computers and/or servers located outside of the United States and stored by authorized third party service providers where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Your submission of data and use of the Website and Services is your consent to this Privacy Policy and you agree to the transfer of your data to those computers and or servers.

Storage, Security & Data Retention
PII and NonPII will be retained within our CRM and AWS services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures. In the event you request to cancel or delete your account, APN is required to comply with state and federal laws regarding record retention. Your information will be destroyed or rendered unreadable at time of disposal.
We require that all authorized third party service providers are under contract to handle user information under secure and confidential means including the return or destruction of any user information provided once services are completed or terminated.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
